Νεα. . Iran , France, Russia and the US have been handed a draft agreement aimed at reducing international concerns over Tehran's nuclear program. After conclusion of talks in Vienna, the International Atomic Energy Agency director Mohamed El Baradei told reporters in Vienna that he was feeling "optimistic" after the talks, which he said had been "very constructive". Earlier in Teheran, deputy chief of Iran Atomic Energy Organization said that Iran will have “good news” for nuclear its achievements in the next months.
